Unmanned aerial systems (UAS) for airborne gamma-ray surveys in radioecological and geological research are being increasingly used, since they provide radiation safety personnel high survey performance. Improvement of detection modules is one the main directions which UAS-gamma developing. Semiconductor detectors used as have a small mass convenient light unmanned vehicles (UAVs). Simultaneously, our opinion, potential traditional scintillation not exhausted because cheaper more affordable. Radiometric spectrometric based on can even be created at home. The disadvantage need large crystals with significant to obtain data quality. Traditional gamma operated aircraft use volume tens or hundreds litres. In this paper, we present comparison result radiometric made different altitudes ground surveys. We prove that properly designed applied ultralight UAS spectrometry it possible high-quality informative data.
